The online platform Ticketbox.gr provides information and services regarding the issuance, sale and distribution of tickets for events, as well as related products on behalf of event organizers and their partners, in various venues, within Greece and abroad. Access and use is subject to specific terms and conditions.
Through the Ticketbox.gr online platform, tickets and related products are provided for all kinds of events and activities, such as tickets for theatre performances, concerts, cultural events, operas, festivals, sports events, art exhibitions, conferences and meetings, live streaming, tours, escape rooms, theme parks, tourist attractions and many more. Tickets are also available physically from the "TicketBOX" store in Corfu Town, as well as through an extensive network of physical outlets.
Ticketbox.gr, without guaranteeing and therefore being responsible, makes the maximum effort to ensure that the information, reports and the entire content of the online platform are distinguished by accuracy, clarity, timeliness, completeness and correctness. In no case, it is not responsible for any damage caused to the user as a result of the use of its website.
Ticketbox.gr in no way guarantees the uninterrupted and error-free and virus-free provision of services and information from its Internet platform or from other websites or other server through which you receive its content.
The third parties (Organisers) involved in the provision of services are responsible for the organisation and execution of the events. The function of TicketBOX is to act as an intermediary for the benefit and facilitation of ticket transactions.
Intellectual Property
The entire content of our online platform, including various forms of content such as text, images, videos and other files, is intellectual property and is subject to applicable copyright laws, except for any recognized rights of third parties.
Therefore, reproduction, republication, copying, storage, sale, transmission, distribution, publication, execution, downloading, translation, modification of content in any way, in part or in whole, without the express prior written consent of Ticketbox.gr is prohibited.
With the exception, you may store and copy individual portions of the content on a single personal computer for strictly personal use, without any intention of commercial or other exploitation. You must always acknowledge the source of the content, but this does not imply a grant of intellectual property rights. Anything else contained on the web pages of our online platform that are registered trademarks and intellectual property products of third parties is within their sphere of responsibility and has nothing to do with our platform.
Ticket Terms & Conditions
The purchase of a ticket from Ticketbox.gr is a legally binding contract, which is subject to the following conditions:
- Terms & Conditions listed here.
- Specific terms and conditions for each event.
- Other terms and conditions set by the event organiser.
- Terms and conditions of the venue.
Please note that we are not responsible for the organisation or delivery of the events, but we act on behalf of the organisers for the purposes of issuing, selling and distributing tickets.
Reservations & Ticket Payment
TicketBOX enables you to book and pay for tickets quickly and easily by following simple steps. Payment for products and services is made exclusively by credit or debit card billing. To make a reservation, simply enter your details (first name, last name, phone number, city, email) and pay by card using the redirection method through the secure payment system of the National Bank of Greece. During the booking process, you will be asked, if you wish, to create an account to facilitate future bookings and enjoy membership benefits. Billing is only completed when your order is successfully completed. By completing the booking, you agree to the use of your personal data to issue the ticket, inform the producer and communicate with you.
Confirmation of Detention
Once payment is complete, you will receive an email confirming your order and ticket. The ticket will be delivered according to the delivery options available.
Please note that it is not possible to guarantee that a confirmation email will be sent in every case. It is the user's responsibility to inform us if they encounter any problem during the confirmation process. In addition, we ask users to also check their spam for confirmation emails and any communications from us. TicketBOX will not be liable for any loss or damage that may result from not receiving the booking confirmation.
Incorrect Charge
In case of incorrect billing of the user through the National Bank of Greece's booking and payment system, the user must contact TicketBOX support immediately in order to report the problem and request its correction.
Payment and Payment Methods
- The cost of each product or service offered through TicketBOX is determined by the respective organiser. Furthermore, TicketBOX is not responsible for the price set.
- The prices listed for each product or service on the platform include all relevant charges, taxes and any additional fees and are valid at the time of completion of the booking or purchase.
- Prices may change even after the booking is completed, in case the organizer decides to make a modification and update. Such changes are exceptional and are usually related to changes in taxes or fees.
- Payment for each product or service is made by debit/credit card as well as cash at physical points of sale, according to TicketBox's instructions.
- The personal payment card must be used by its legitimate holder.
- The credit/debit card details are processed by the electronic Banking Platform of the National Bank of Greece, which performs the card billing transaction for the purchase of the services provided.
- In case of automatic rejection of the reservation for security reasons, the refund is made immediately to the user.
- In case of cancellation of the transaction for security reasons, the refund will be made according to the rules and policies set.
Co-passenger security
TicketBox uses the payment system of the National Bank of Greece for the processing of transactions. The payment system of the National Bank of Greece is distinguished for its reliability and the security it provides through advanced security features, such as data encryption and protection from unwanted access, in order to ensure the safety of user transactions.
By using this system, we ensure the required trust, allowing users to use our services safely and comfortably.
Special Ticket Conditions:
The following ticket terms and conditions are necessary for the smooth running of each event and full compliance by ticket holders is expected:
- The ticket purchase is valid exclusively for one person and only for the specific date, time, event/organization and location purchased.
- After completing your transaction, it is not possible to refund or change your tickets.
- If the ticket does not include a specific order and seat, the sorting will be done upon arrival at the venue, based on the instructions given by the relevant staff.
- At events where there is a possibility of standing spectators, the ticket does not guarantee a seat, so early arrival is recommended.
- The Organiser, as stated on the ticket, is responsible for the organisation and conduct of each event, its content, as well as for any claim for refund.
- The Organiser may refuse entry to spectators arriving after the announced start time of the event. No compensation or refund will be provided to those refused entry.
- In cases where tickets are approved for refund, regardless of the reason, only the amount corresponding to the original ticket price will be refunded. Additional charges per ticket, which relate to the provision of services and the handling charge for the distribution of tickets, will not be refunded.
- In case of automatic rejection of the order by our system or inability to issue tickets due to technical problems, TicketBOX is not responsible for any possible difference in cost. If this happens, TicketBOX will try to contact you to offer alternatives or refund the amount you paid.
- No tickets may be purchased for promotional or commercial purposes without the prior written approval of the organiser. (Law 4577/2018)
- Only tickets purchased from official sources are considered valid. TicketBOX shall have no obligation or responsibility with regard to the sale of tickets for events that do not take place through the platform or sales channels managed by TicketBOX.
- The possession of the ticket does not automatically imply additional free benefits, unless an announcement has been made.
- Discount tickets are valid only upon presentation of the necessary legal documents. If holders do not have the required certificates, admission will not be permitted and no cancellation or refund is provided. Exceptions will only be made if there is availability and the difference is paid for a regular ticket.
- The attendee is obliged to keep the ticket during the entire event in order to present it in case of inspection by the competent personnel.
- The organisers reserve the right to change the date, time and venue of the event. If the date, time or venue of the event is changed, the organisers reserve the right to amend the tickets. In such cases, the tickets are non-refundable, but the same will apply.
- The organisers reserve the right to change the programme of the event due to unforeseen circumstances or technical needs. In the event of changes, customers will be informed of any changes by contacting the organisers.
- In case of postponement/cancellation of the event due to force majeure, governmental prohibitions, dangerous conditions - fire, flood, or other disasters, strike, etc., the organizers reserve the right to modify the date, time and place of the event.
- In case the event is definitely cancelled, ticket holders will have the opportunity to redeem their tickets within a specific period of time and from the points to be determined and announced by the organisers, through a relevant information to the public.
- During the event, there may be video or filming during the event. Please note that attendees have no right of recourse against the company performing the recording or the organisers. By attending, they accept these terms and conditions and provide their consent for possible recording.
- It is forbidden to enter the event areas with any kind of illegal substances or objects that threaten the safety of the attendees.
- Attendees are obliged to comply with the health measures in force on the date of the event, as announced by the competent authorities.
- Entry is only permitted if the holder agrees and complies with the terms and conditions set by the organisers and each event.
- Attendees are required to comply with the safety guidelines set by the organisers and event staff.
- Reproduction or transmission of the event or part of the event by any means without the prior permission of the organisers is prohibited.
- Alcohol consumption will only be permitted to adults who meet the legal criteria for alcohol consumption in the area where the event is taking place.
- Attendees are required to respect their fellow human beings and not to cause disturbances or disturbances during the event.
- Attendees must keep the event area clean and follow the instructions of the team responsible for maintaining cleanliness.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who does not comply with the above terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Refund Procedure
Each organiser is responsible for determining the procedure for cancelling or amending a booking or supplying products/services provided, in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the organiser.
Refunds are made by the event organiser to the holders, unless the organiser announces from the outset that ticket cancellations are not permitted.
The refund process normally takes 2 to 3 days after the cancellation of the tickets. However, the refund time may vary depending on your bank or credit card.
In case of interruption and cancellation of the event due to force majeure, it is considered complete, at least, thirty-five (35) after the start of the event. Consequently, tickets are not redeemable in this case.
Requests for refunds after the start of the event will not be considered.
Please note that the initial fee or commission paid by TicketBOX for completing the booking or supplying the product/service is non-refundable.
Terms & Conditions for Competitions and Sweepstakes:
TicketBox, in cooperation with the organizers, offers various contests and draws from time to time for interesting prizes, including free entry tickets and other surprises! According to the terms and conditions governing the contest or draw, the prize offered (referred to as "prize") is specified in the relevant contest or draw announcement on the Ticketbox.gr platform
Before entering any competition or draw, please read the following terms and conditions carefully:
- Participation: Free and open to all, unless otherwise stated.
- Age restrictions: Some competitions may have age restrictions.
- Duration: Each competition or draw has a specific duration of participation.
- Assumption of Costs: No cost commitment is required.
- Selection of Winners: Winners are selected at random and are informed of how to receive their prize. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money or other items, nor can it be exchanged for money or other items of equal value.

As a member, you enjoy benefits and special offers, such as instant updates, privileged access to events, possible ticket discounts, direct participation in competitions and exclusive content. You will also receive updates on the latest events and offers via email.
By registering, you accept the terms of use of TicketBOX. Your personal information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In addition, you agree to receive updates on our events and promotions. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Communication between TicketBox and its users is mainly through electronic means of communication. Users are required to provide true contact information, including a valid email address.

The way in which users communicate with organisers is determined by the organisers themselves, in accordance with the conditions set by these agents.
Providing incorrect or inaccurate contact information may lead to the exclusion of the user from Ticketbox's services.

In case of illegal and/or unauthorized use of our websites, including but not limited to, unauthorized ticket sales, unauthorized links to the websites, Ticketbox.gr. will take action against any responsible party by any legal means.
