To buy an event ticket, follow the steps below:

Select the correct ticket category you want. - Ticket Number Selection:
Select the number of tickets you wish to purchase - Acquiring Tickets:
Click on the "Get Tickets" button. - Price Check at the Completion of the Order:
Make sure that the final price is correct when completing the order. - Filling in Contact Information:
Fill in your contact details in the form that will appear. - Create an Account (Optional):
If you wish to create a Ticketbox account, select the relevant field. - Submit an Order:
Click on the "Place an Order" button. - Payment:
You will be automatically transferred to the payment system of the National Bank of Greece to proceed. - Filling in Card Data:
Fill in your card details to complete the purchase of your tickets. - Transaction Completion:
After the purchase, you will receive a message that your transaction has been completed and you will receive your tickets to the email address provided.
What is the price of the tickets and what are the available categories?

Is there a discount for certain groups or categories of people?
Yes, discounts are usually offered for students, pensioners, unemployed people and children. Information on the conditions of application is provided by the organisers of each event.

Venue information is provided on our platform and is indicated on your ticket.
How can I receive my tickets after purchase?
After you have completed the purchase, you will be redirected to the order confirmation page. Your tickets will be sent in PDF format to the email you provided, and you can print them or have them electronically on your mobile device for entry to the event.
Is there a refund available in case of event cancellation?
Yes, there is usually a refund procedure in case of cancellation of the event.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
No, unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your reservation. However, you can contact us for more information.
What is the way to enter the event?

While buying tickets, I noticed that an extra amount was charged. Why is this happening?
The additional charge mentioned is called Commission and it concerns the provision of the service for the use of the ticketing platform. After completing the transaction, you will find the receipt at checkout.
I have not received the ticket via email.
If you have not received your tickets by email, first check your spam folder and check the correctness of the email address you entered when you purchased your tickets. If you do not find the
your tickets, contact us by providing your order code.
I lost my tickets. What should I do?
If you have lost your tickets, you can retrieve them if you have the order code and the email you used when you purchased them. Please contact us, providing your purchase details.
