Today, as life gradually returns to normal, Pyx Lax come to remind us of our old habits, our timeless values, the importance of music, the most social artistic expression. The most human. The one that connects sound and speech. That which comforts. That inspires. That shares.
The historic Pyx Lax have never ceased to keep us company in every moment of our lives, they are present in the easy and the difficult times. They have not forgotten in their art. They never left us alone.
And now, the Pyx Lax are preparing to prove why they have stood the test of time and why they remain firm favourites of the Greek audience. The instruments are stepping forward, the fingers are getting fired up, new themes and new songs. The lights come on. The stage is set. The technicians are in place. The audience arrives eagerly. The Pyx Lax on new paths. And the journey continues...
They themselves say that "against the weather/against the times" but their faith in Man remains alive. In him they believe and to him they appeal. For him they sing and for him they return to the stage in the summer of 2022.
The pandemic subsides and life emerges again, renewed and strong. Friends make plans again, dates are marked, getaways are planned. The day grows longer and the music returns alive.
And the Pyx Lax push us out of the house...pyx lax, and invite us to a celebratory summer, at their concerts.
