The beloved book for young and old alike, "Von Kurabies vs. Count Melomakaroni," is brought to the theater for the first time in a glittering, Christmas show for the whole family. The theatrical adaptation is signed by the author Kyriakos Haritos himself, conveying with humour and imagination the sweetest confrontation of all times: quesadillas sprinkled with icing sugar against melomakarona dipped in honey and walnuts.

A few words about the project:
For years and years every Christmas, Melomakarona and Kurabiedes ate their mustaches in the funniest war in the world... But one day a sudden snowstorm changed everything. Von Kurabies, Count Melomakarone, a hungry bear, a late-night squirrel, a dream gardener and many other characters star in a different kind of Christmas adventure, with a recipe that has laughter and sweetness as its main ingredients!
Laughter, music, dancing and plenty of sweetness flood the stage in a performance that promises to be the sweetest experience of this Christmas.

A few words about the show:
Von Kurabies and Count Melomakaroni leave the confectionery for a while and take to the stage determined to resolve their differences, in a show full of humour, music and incredible twists and turns. A narrator raps and struggles to keep order, the elf comments on everything, a rock-star Christmas star appears in the forest, a hungry squirrel, two woodpeckers with whims and the Gardener of Dreams who grows... dreams.

A show full of action, juggling, stilts and little surprises that appear at the most unexpected moment. Children are actively involved, adults laugh harder than expected, while the two rival heroes go through trials, obstacles and misunderstandings until they realize that underneath the icing, nuts and honey... they're not so different after all. We ride out the blizzard, singing out loud with our favorite heroes, in a show that promises laughter, and Christmas sweetness for the whole family. Because, in the end, the most delicious ingredient in the story is the moment when everyone gives a little of themselves-and the realization that we are all ultimately made of the same sweet dough.
