
An Unforgettable Musical Experience with Thebes and Margaris in Crete

On Thursday 1 August, the EOT beach was filled with music and emotions as Christos Thevios and Panagiotis Margaris gave the audience an unforgettable evening. This duo, who met in 1997 during the recording of the now classic song "How much I loved you", took to the stage for a unique performance in Crete.
Their meeting in Crete was part of a tour that has won audiences all over Greece. The combination of Thebes' deep, emotional voice and Margaris' exquisite classical guitar created an atmosphere full of emotion, nostalgia and joy. The two artists presented a program that stood out for their subversive repertoire choices and improvisations, while the warm participation of the audience enhanced the already magical atmosphere.
Christos Theveos performed unique songs from his personal discography, including tracks from the era of Synathoi Suspios, but also songs by important composers such as Thanos Mikroutsikos and Vassilis Dimitriou. Panagiotis Margaris, for his part, amazed the audience with his wonderful compositions and his unique virtuosity in solo pieces.
