A Concert with Alkistis Protopsaltis that will remain unforgettable

On Sunday evening, July 21, 2024, Acharavi hosted an excellent musical event with Alkistis Protopsaltis. The beloved artist enchanted the audience with her enchanting voice, her unique energy and her cheerfulness, offering a concert that will remain unforgettable to all attendees.

The concert began with warm applause from the audience, and Alkistis Protopsaltis, with her unique charisma, managed to create an immediate connection with the audience. The stage was illuminated by her presence and the atmosphere was filled with her wonderful melodies and touching lyrics.

The beloved performer, together with a sixth group of great musicians, took us on musical paths full of intensity, sensitivity and passion. With her tender, expressive yet powerful voice, she has been with us for almost five decades and continues to enchant generations of fans.

The evening was full of magical moments. Among the favorite songs of Alkistis' vast discography, we heard for the first time "Ioulia", the title song of the series "The matchmaking of Ioulia", with music by Andreas Katsigiannis and lyrics by Lina Demopoulou. We also danced to the rhythms of "I'll tell you" (Bamboleo) which has already conquered our hearts.

The participation of the children's and mixed choir of Acharavi, as well as the conductor Agathis Koskina, and their collaboration with Alkistis Protopsaltis added a special note to the concert. An atmosphere was created that perfectly combined the great artist's vitality with the innocence and energy of the young choristers. Their participation highlighted the magic of the musical evening and added a unique emotional dimension to the event.

The organization of the concert was a milestone for the Cultural Association of Women of Acharavi and for our place. The support of sponsors, volunteers and the Municipality of North Corfu was crucial for the success of the event. Their contribution has been invaluable for the realization of such a great cultural event.
